• Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address on your Google account.
• Shipping addresses you enter at checkout or save to your account.
• Your order history with us.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

Card, UPI and other payment details are handled by Razorpay, our payment gateway, and are never stored by us.

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send you order updates and sign-in or verification codes.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To meet our legal obligations, including tax (GST) record-keeping.

We share only what is needed with the service providers that help us run the shop:

• our payment gateway (Razorpay),
• our email delivery provider,
• our website hosting provider, and
• courier partners who deliver your order.

We never sell your personal information.

We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, wishlist and light/dark display choice. They are not used for advertising.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as GST law requires. Other personal information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing enquiry@amanaplast.in. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, such as invoices.

We handle personal information in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
